WHY IS MY ANTI VIRUS DELETING MY GAMES
 

Your virus scanner is falsely identifying a game file as a virus

What your anti-virus software has found is a false positive. There are definitely no trojans or viruses of any type in any games on Refleixve.com. Unfortunately, this type of thing happens far too often. We have an automated system which is constantly checking for false positives from popular anti-virus software and reporting the problem to them. It usually is fixed withing a few days of the occurrence. If you try again and are still getting the message, it may be something our automated process has missed.

What game is being reported as having a virus?

What is the exact virus error report message?

Who is your anti-virus provider? (AVG, Avast, McAfee, Symantec, etc)

What Operating System are you running on (XP, Vista (32 or 64 bit))?


Once we get this information from you, we will report the situation to your anti-virus provider in hopes that they can confirm it is a false positive and remove the virus report in a future update.
